The art Ephameron makes is sensitive: with images and small texts she tries to recreate everyday feelings and thoughts, to capture moments in life with her art.
Recurring themes like hands, birds and girls live in her fantasy world of emotions, colourless backgrounds and huge black tape drawings.
Addicted to model drawing and office supplies, Ephameron dislikes to make up a concept behind her art. Her weapon of choice is a 2B pencil teamed up with 80g white paper and her drawings / collages / digital paintings / photographs reflect ephemeral and trivial aspects of life.
Ephameron graduated in fine arts and illustrative design a couple of years ago. Now she's a freelance illustrator, graphic designer, web designer, photographer and painter.
In her free time Ephameron likes to contribute to and organize worldwide exhibitions in a.o. Shanghai, Rome, Paris, Amsterdam, Antwerp, Brussels, Tilburg,...
Her first book "Love/Pain" was recently published by Bries in Antwerp.
